Videos with no sound!!!

I stupidly used this app to record an Adele live concert only to discover to my absolute horror that half of the videos have NO FREAKING SOUND! Are you serious? How dare you release such horrible app that people use to record sentimental videos and not have the sound work half of the time?!?!!??!
Wow your customer support better know how to do magic and get me sound to my videos back.
